If you don't have it around in the first place, you can't eat it. A couple of weeks ago, I found three huge trashbags full of every kind of easter candy imaginable...not just P*lmer psuedochocolate, either: I'm talking Sn*ckers, R*eese's eggs, C*dbury bunnies, the works. Rather than load up, I only took one bag of jelly beans, ate as much as I wanted (about two servings) and threw the rest of the bag away. I didn't feel deprived, didn't gain weight, and left it for everyone else. Win win!

One good trick to keep yourself from buying junk is to multiply all the calories for the servings in one bag/box/container and ask yourself if it's really worth it. Most times I'll put it back!

Diet Rules:

1.  Look at contents if the first 3 ingredients aren't a recipe- ie how to make it yourself it's not good for you . Example: Yogurt- milk,  little critters this tells us we combine milk and the critters and we have more yogurt- (heat milk to 165- let cool to 100 degrees mix in unflavored yogurt incubate 12 hours @ 100- 104 tada- more better yogurt)

2.  Don't eat anything white that comes in a package. - If in doubt refer to #1

3. If an animal won't eat it - don't eat it.
