What's sad is all this technology is neat but it comes with a big cost. WE are removing people from jobs, and replacing them with computers. Heck probably all grocery stores will eventually be like FrushNEasier, humans restock shelves, but no human at checkout, unless something goes wrong. Yes, maybe prices are cheaper, but are they really cheaper compared to traditional stores? Especially the big cost to jobs, then paying these people while they are not working with tax money.

This has bugged me for quite awhile, everyone wanting the latest technology, no one repairs things....accept us of course...hehehehe! Again, loss of jobs, plus lots of crap in landfills, and washing up on shores and killing lots of wildlife! I fought getting a computer for a long time, but I realized it such a amazing tool, to receive info, and connect with people you would never meet otherwise!

So, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's just impersonal and removes jobs. Not everyone is a technology genius, so does that mean everyone else will be doing menial service jobs, being paid like slaves! A bigger difference between the poor and the wealthy classes! I do think using robots for painting cars is good(during car manufacturing)because of the toxicity of paint, plus using them to help build things, but not to remove people completely!

Will this economic crisis slow technology, because people will not be able to buy stuff like before? So demand is slower, and that will mean less development. Will people hold onto things longer, repair things again? People won't want to go into such debt, cuz they are already in such debt, and plus they don't have a job only unemployment to live on. Will the clock of technology slow, I hope it will, for the sake of jobs! Yeah I'm opinionated..hehehe! :-P

By the way...green technology already exist....opponents try to tell us it's not developed enough....what a bunch of crap that is. Hmmmm windmills, gee didn't they have those in Holland, like how long ago? Animals were used....that's as green as you can get....but people say that's cruel. Well, isn't it cruel to kill all those unwanted horses? Gee let's race them around a track, but once you lose, you are sent to slaughter.

Yeah I went off a bit...but I don't think so....I wish we could ride horses again, and keep them at our homes. Keeping chickens for eggs, grow your own veggies....all of that stuff. But gov has restricted our ability to have these things accessible...hmmmm.....I pray the clock will turn back a bit....a balance between the old and new....take what's good...and throw out what is not....look at the big picture :-)

P.S. I had this weird reoccurring dream as a child......that I saw people riding horses, down the paved streets, and on the sidewalks. Like it was a normal thing....I don't think this was a wish of a child wanting a horse....I had this dream several times....I just couldn't understand the meaning...will that happen? But also I use to have a dream that fish would swim in the air, and couldn't keep them in the tank...hehehehehe! :-D

I know people think those people are weird, and it's a cult. But I think they think we are a cult. Now I don't want to live exactly as the Amish, because there are labor saving technology. Instead of doing everything with the hands, but I think I heard they are some of the most healthy people around. I don't think they have obese people, we could take some of their lessons, and combine it with modern technology, and come out with something better.....I hope!

Plus, the Amish work together as a group, they prepare meals together, do work together. Not like today's modern woman, you have to know how to do everything by yourself! Pure insanity! You suppose pop out some kids, clean the house, wash the clothes, have a career, take care of your husband, cook, and oh yeah keep your husband happy! What the heck are women thinking?! Have it all, have lupus, cancer, fibromyalgia, crohns....just a few things you could have....immune system is worn down because of stress and overwork! Plus, all the chemicals you use to keep yourself looking healthy and glowing, and your house smelling april fresh...such a bunch of crap!  Ohhhhh I just went crazy didn't I? hehehehehehe :-D

I don't think kids have any idea how to survive or where things come from. I know I would have a hard time myself, I don't know if I could kill a chicken even...hehehhee. They can be smart cute creatures, but I sure enjoy the eggs, I don't think I could kill a cow, but I sure appreciate the milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, kefir, BUTTER, somehow I would figure it out. I guess I would have to wait till they die of old age...hehehhehehe! :-D

The Amish make the best Apple butter, wish they made it with honey or molasses, instead of white sugar. Unless that's how they make it, or with part Stevia or Agave. Love all that cinammon which by the way, is really good for diabetes!

I respect them for choosing to live that way. Their children always look so happy barefoot an in the gardens.  An Amish clothes line is a site to be hold. I dont think I would want to live off the grid but you know what we may have to someday. The worlds condition today is precarious to say the least.  :-o

Zenderella............I'm not normally a doom-preacher type.........tho' I will offer this.

There are a lot of people out there that are not prepared to live in a post-apocalyptic-type world..............not to say nuclear war has to happen, 'cuz that would certainly foul things up.

A recent offering on one of the "reality" shows, attempted to show what would transpire if the world were to abruptly run out of oil, save government strategic reserves....................

NOT a pretty proposition, and sad to say, the death toll would be enormous, because we are basically spoiled rotten.  The first winter would be a real killer.

Folks like the Amish would do quite well.

Packratking goggle  and Youtubo H/A/A/R/P.  Also yoputubo  chem trails. They are spraying areas all over the un-us and the harp that angels dont play, they seem to have something to do with all these earthquakes. Every one  in the last 6 months has had like Northern lights above the city then the quakes came. We dont need a nuclear war with evil having their hands on such evil w@pons of m@ss destruction.  :-o I am seriously thinking we are indeed in for something.  2012? I dont know  but I hear a clock ticking  tick tock.  "You dont need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows" -Bob Dylan

Sel everything they make is quality!
They warm my heart when we see them.  Oft am moved to tears when I gaze upon their innocence.
