Recycling has come a long way...

I suppose if you recycle items found in the bin, you may find one of these sites helpful.

http://www.sextoyrecycling.com/  (and they pay! VJ- would you have made more here?- $5 a dong)

http://www.recycledrunners.com/ (shoes)

http://www.knowaste.com/ (recycled diapers (kid and adult) and sanitary pads)

http://www.amputee-coalition.org/fact_sheets/pros_limb_donations.html  (artificial limbs- didn't someone find one?)

Here's the main source: http://www.thedailygreen.com/living-green/blogs/save-money/recycling-oddiities-47090806

Edit: You only get $5 in the s3xtoy store. Take a look at how they got started. VJ- is this one of your side companies?

I followed the threads on some  of the above websites.  It is really interesting how they are now recycling diapers, and ladies personal products.  I wonder what they are using ther recycled material to make.  I expect to see Kleenex, paper towels, and toilet tissue recycled now.

The diaper link uses the materials to make roofing tiles in England. I thought (and still think) that it's rather clever.
