yeah, most ISPs tend to cap the upload speeds, guess they don't want us running servers at home and using up all the bandwidth...  :-)

Alright....first off since im unemployed we have no monies for a landline nor cable TV. I do however make some cash doing odd and end computer work and electrical work(electrician). Also unemployment helps a bit too :D This is from my hacked G1 Phone through T-m0bile, i have the unlimited 3G data plan(Capped @ 10 Gigs)  The phone is tether'ed to my PC using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Looks about right, but i see you did this earlier in the day......try testing your line in the evening hours..tends to have a higher output of bandwidth
